“Instead of going down the downward spiral of shame and depression, take a step back to look at the bigger picture. The trees in the background here represent our family, friends and loved ones. Do not forget to reach out to your support network at times of difficulty or trial in life. Do not wait until you hit “rock bottom” before seeking help. The way we handle life situations is much more important than focusing on the problems (the “rocks” or stumbling blocks) per se.”
